Job description
Incyte in the United States seeks a Director, Corporate Counsel – U.S. Commercial to provide regulatory, contracting and general legal support to the U.S. Commercial unit, enabling the commercialization of Incyte's medicines.
You will counsel internal clients, review promotional materials, draft and negotiate contracts, identify risks, and advise on applicable laws such as FDA rules, anti-kickback statutes, HIPAA and related policies. Requires a J.D. and active U.S.
