Job description
BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid to senior level corporate associate in Seattle, WA, specializing in fund formation. You will work with private investment funds and related entities, advising on corporate and securities matters and collaborating across the team.
The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of VC/PE fund formation experience, a JD from an accredited law school, Washington bar eligibility, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
