Piper Companies seeks a Corporate Governance & Securities Counsel Director to support a leading publicly traded healthcare technology company, onsite Monday–Friday in Tempe, AZ. You will provide legal guidance on governance, SEC reporting, securities compliance, board matters, and public company requirements while partnering with Finance, Investor Relations, Tax, and HR teams across the organization.
