Job description
Messerli Kramer in Minneapolis seeks an experienced transactional attorney to join our Corporate and M&A group. The associate will manage a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and succession planning, with responsibility for counseling clients and guiding deals end-to-end.
Five plus years of transactional experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to lead teams and negotiate terms are required.
