Job description

Bank of America seeks an experienced corporate transactional attorney to provide legal counsel on Corporate M&A and Global Strategic and Sustainable Investments (GSSI). You will coordinate with multiple corporate functions and oversee outside counsel to manage complex transactions, regulatory matters, and related negotiations.
