Job description
Aligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with an AmLaw 50 firm in Chicago to recruit an experienced Corporate M&A / Private Equity Associate Attorney. This role offers exposure to sophisticated transactions and direct client contact.
The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of transactional experience, strong drafting skills, and Illinois bar admission or eligibility. J.D. from ABA-accredited school is required. Hybrid Chicago office.
