Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical and professional positions. This individual will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and attract top talent in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and placement.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and candidate qualifications.
Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback, and offer processes.
Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and time-to-fill goals.
Stay current on industry trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.
Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters as needed.
Recruit for technical, engineering and professional positions.
Qualifications
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting within the technical, construction, or utilities industry.
Proven ability to source and attract hard-to-find technical talent.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
