A leading law firm is seeking a Corporate Securities Attorney with over 5 years of experience for its New York City office. The role involves advising on compliance with the Securities Act and Exchange Act, drafting SEC filings, and counseling on corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate securities, strong drafting skills, and a J.D. from an accredited law school. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a competitive salary range of $180K – $220K.
