Job description
Ginsberg Jacobs LLC in Chicago seeks an attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our Corporate/Tax group. You will advise clients on the structure and support of pass-through partnerships, joint ventures, and operating agreements, delivering practical, business-focused guidance.
