Job description
IDEX Consulting is assisting a long-standing US law firm expanding across the US to hire a mid-to-senior level tax associate for its East Coast, Texas or Florida offices. You will handle tax matters in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and restructurings with direct client contact.
You should have 4–8 years PQE in corporate/transactional tax, bar admission in the resident state, and strong writing and speaking skills. LL.M. in Taxation welcomed.
