Job description
IDEX Consulting is recruiting a mid-level to senior tax associate for a national expansion with a US law firm client. The role focuses on transactional tax work across acquisitions, dispositions, structuring, and cross-border planning.
You will plan structures, draft operative tax provisions in purchase and sale agreements and JV documents, advise on reorganisations, and work closely with corporate, real estate, and restructuring teams while maintaining direct client contact.
