Job description
The Mississippi Bar seeks a Finance/Corporate Trust Attorney with a minimum of four years of transactional experience to join its nationally recognized Corporate Trust practice. A hybrid arrangement from Hartford, Stamford, Boston or Remote is available, with remote work two days per week possible.
Ideal candidates will have strong ability to work with complex transactional documents and coordinate with capital markets and financial institutions in a deadline-driven environment.
