Job description
Senior Cost Estimator
Seeking an experienced Senior Cost Estimator with 5-10+ years of construction estimating/project management experience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing multi-disciplinary estimates across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP scopes and managing project budgets from pre-construction through completion.
Key Requirements
5-10 years of construction cost estimating or project management experience.
Strong experience estimating Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP scopes.
Ability to prepare detailed, line-item estimates and manage project budgets.
Experience with cost forecasting, cost analysis, and value engineering.
Ability to evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing for labor and materials.
Strong understanding of blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Proficiency with Bluebeam, RSMeans, PlanSwift, and advanced Excel.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
