Job description
RTX is seeking a Principal Cost Control Specialist to support a portfolio of dispersed factories in McKinney, TX, El Segundo, CA, and Forest, MS. You will drive cost control processes, KPI reporting, and value realization through data-driven analysis and effective stakeholder communication.
You will help prioritize resources, develop tools, and execute change management to maximize manufacturing efficiencies and cost commitments across geographically spread operations.
