Job description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate team. You will act as the key day-to-day client interface, delivering value-added cost management services across a diverse portfolio of construction projects.
You will lead cost estimating, planning, and cost control activities, collaborating with design teams and general contractors to achieve project objectives and maintain cost integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
