Job description
Leland Saylor Associates seeks an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to deliver cost management, estimating, and control services for U.S.-based clients. The role collaborates with a San Francisco Bay Area team and requires on-site presence at the Walnut Creek office three days a week.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years in full-lifecycle cost management and estimating, strong client-facing skills, and familiarity with U.S. unit costs and bidding processes.
