Job description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to support a portfolio of workplace, commercial, and capital improvement projects across North America. You will handle budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, change management, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
The role requires 7+ years in cost management and strong experience with tenant improvements, renovations, and laboratory or infrastructure projects.
