Job description
Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a Counsel, Commercial Contracts to provide strategic legal counsel across the procurement contracting pipeline. You will draft, negotiate, and review a high volume of diverse agreements—from services and SaaS to licenses, HR/benefits, and AI-related contracts—while partnering across Legal, Procurement, Operations, IT, Marketing, and HR.
The role is hybrid and requires a Juris Doctor with active license and 5–7 years of relevant experience in contract counseling
