Job description
Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to lead the Business Legal team in structuring and negotiating strategic commercial agreements.
You will own end-to-end deal execution, guide cross-functional partners, and build scalable playbooks to accelerate transaction timelines. You will advise on legal risk and product roadmap implications while leveraging responsible AI to improve workflow efficiency and protect Coinbase's commercial objectives.
