Job description
Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, seeks a Senior Counsel - Commercial to support complex enterprise transactions and scale our AI cloud platform. You will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to negotiate high-value agreements while balancing risk and business objectives.
You have a J.D. and 10+ years of legal experience, including 3+ in-house, with strong contract drafting and negotiation skills in tech or SaaS environments.
