Job description
Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking a Counsel, Commercial Contracts to provide strategic legal counsel across procurement contracting. The role collaborates across Legal, Procurement, Operations, IT, Marketing and HR to review and negotiate a high volume of diverse agreements.
The candidate will draft and negotiate supplier and technology contracts for global organizations, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to contract templates, playbooks, and training.
