uniQure seeks a Senior Counsel, Commercial Law to provide strategic legal guidance across commercial, medical affairs, market access and reimbursement in support of the U.S. launch.
The role partners with Commercial, Medical and Market Access teams to identify legal risks and drive compliant strategies in a regulated environment. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating business agreements, reviewing promotional and medical materials for compliance, and advising on government pricing
