Job description
Mastercard in Purchase, NY (NAM footprint) seeks a Senior Counsel to partner with the Services group. You will structure, draft, and negotiate high-volume commercial contracts, and advise on strategic deals and go-to-market initiatives.
You will collaborate with global colleagues, support data privacy, IP, compliance, and tax issues, and serve as a trusted advisor to the business. A JD and active bar admission are required, with a strong transactional background.
