CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr. Counsel, Commercial Transactions to join CSAA’s Commercial Contracts function. This senior attorney role focuses on sophisticated insurance transactions—not policies—covering agency and aggregator relationships, reinsurance, and multi-party programs.
You will structure, draft, and negotiate agreements and translate new business models into clear insurance risk allocations. Remote nationwide role with travel as needed.
