Philo seeks a Corporate Counsel for Content Acquisition and Business Development in Brooklyn, NY, hybrid with three onsite days per week. The role negotiates licenses, platform deals, production agreements, and vendor contracts.
The candidate will have five to ten years of legal experience, television licensing experience, and an active New York Bar membership, plus a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. The position develops templates and playbooks for business teams.
