Job description
Buc-ee's, Ltd. in Pearland, TX seeks an in-office Counsel to support the Deputy General Counsel Litigation in premises liability defense and complex commercial matters, with courtroom presence and voir dire experience.
The ideal candidate is a Texas-licensed attorney or eligible to become licensed within one year, with at least 5 years of litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and managing discovery.
