Job description
NextDecade Corporation in Houston seeks a Senior Counsel to advise on public company governance, securities law, finance and capital markets transactions, and general corporate matters. You will partner with senior management and cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations and HR.
The role requires a JD with a U.S. license and at least 5 years of relevant experience advising public companies on SEC reporting and capital markets.
