Solutuslegal is representing a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company seeking a Senior Counsel - Data Center & Infrastructure in San Francisco Bay Area. The role will own data center acquisitions, development projects, and a range of infrastructure transactions from diligence through closing.
You will negotiate colocation, powered-shell, build-to-suit leases, capacity arrangements, and connectivity contracts while advising on post‑acquisition construction, supply chain and long‑lead equipment
