Job description
The New York City Department of Transportation (DOT) seeks an organized agency attorney to support a mix of regulatory, litigation and contract matters arising from DOT initiatives. Under general supervision, the attorney handles EEO complaints, reviews case material, interviews employees, and may participate in mediations and settlements.
The role also involves drafting and reviewing legislation, agreements, and policy analysis, with opportunities to advise project teams on accessibility
