Job description
Tides seeks a Senior Counsel to serve as a trusted legal advisor to internal clients and stakeholders within the Legal, Risk and Compliance team. The role covers employment and labor law, CBA obligations, internal investigations, and nonprofit corporate law, contracts, and policy issues.
Ideal candidates will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance while modeling Tides' core competencies.
