Job description
Tides is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its Legal, Risk and Compliance team in California. The role advises internal clients on a broad range of complex legal and compliance matters arising in day-to-day operations for a nonprofit focused on social justice.
The ideal candidate will handle employment and labor issues, governance, contracts, investigations, and coordination with outside counsel, while mentoring team members and supporting organizational risk management.
