Job description
Consumer Direct Care Network seeks an Associate General Counsel to serve as a senior legal advisor and operational leader within the Legal Affairs Department, focusing on employment law, litigation management, and strategic contracting.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Government & Legal Affairs, you will supervise the Privacy Officer and Corporate Counsel, oversee outside counsel, and balance risk with business objectives across a nationwide home-care platform.
