Job description
ARCO seeks an experienced Assistant General Counsel to lead drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of EPC and related construction agreements across multiple U.S. sites, including Chicago, Downers Grove and other locations.
You will advise executive leadership on commercial, regulatory, and risk matters, manage disputes, provide training, and collaborate with stakeholders nationwide to support project execution and growth.
