Job description
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Litigation Center is seeking a highly experienced in-house counsel to lead federal and state litigation strategy, with a focus on challenging laws and regulations in district courts and courts of appeals.
We value exceptional legal research, analytical prowess, and strong client service. The role requires leadership, collaboration with member companies and other trade associations, and capacity to guide outside counsel through complex, high-stakes matters.
