Job description
Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks a Senior Counsel – Finance to support the Legal Department in advising on commercial lending and related credit matters, including structuring and negotiation of complex transactions.
You will guide business lines on regulatory requirements, contribute to policy development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives. A JD is required, with 5+ years of related experience in legal and finance transactions.
