Job description
AbbVie is seeking a Senior Counsel, Global Alliances Legal for Aesthetics, Toxins and Eye Care. The role focuses on guiding strategic external collaborations from discovery through commercialization, with cross‑functional collaboration across R&D, strategy, business development and IP.
The candidate will draft and negotiate advanced agreements, support due diligence and integration, and advise senior leadership on complex global partnerships, across AbbVie's Allergan Aesthetics portfolio.
