Job description
Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) seeks an Associate General Counsel to act as the primary legal partner for ICE's global proprietary exchange data business from NY. The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and offers exposure to the GC, C-suite and SVP leaders.
The attorney will lead commercial licensing, navigate multiple regulatory regimes, and advise on emerging areas in digital assets and AI-driven legal operations.
