Job description
Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel, Network & Infrastructure Commercial Transactions to partner with global teams across engineering, procurement, and finance.
You will provide strategic legal counsel on complex technology contracts that underpin Akamai's cloud, content delivery, and network infrastructure. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating data center leases, interconnection and connectivity agreements, and creating templates and negotiation playbooks.
