Job description
Akamai Technologies, Inc. invites an experienced Senior Counsel to join the Global Legal team and counsel on complex infrastructure transactions.
You will draft, review, and negotiate data center leases, colocation, bandwidth, and HW/SW agreements while addressing risks for Akamai's global platform. You should have a JD and 8+ years of experience, with a track record in technology contracts, data centers, and cloud services.
