Job description
Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel, Network & Infrastructure Commercial Transactions to join our Global Legal team. You will counsel across business, procurement, and engineering on complex infrastructure matters supporting Akamai's global platform.
You will draft and negotiate data center leases, bandwidth and hardware/software agreements while managing regulatory risk and coordinating with outside counsel and cross-functional teams.
