Job description

Akamai Technologies, Inc. in New York seeks a Senior Counsel, Network & Infrastructure Commercial Transactions to partner with engineering, procurement, and finance teams on complex global contracts.

You will draft and negotiate data center leases, interconnection and HW/SW procurement agreements, manage risk, and develop templates and playbooks for infrastructure deals. This role requires a JD, active US state bar membership, and about 8 years of experience advising on technology transactions
