Job description
LTS Lakewood, LLC is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to drive legal strategy and governance across the organization. You will draft and negotiate critical agreements, advise on corporate law matters, and oversee NSDP legal staff from a New Jersey base.
In this role you will lead external counsel, manage litigation matters, and ensure regulatory compliance while aligning with business objectives and risk controls.
