Job description
Tides is seeking a Senior Counsel, Philanthropy, on the Legal, Risk and Compliance team to steward charitable and exempt-organization law for Tides' entities and activities. You will translate complex nonprofit regulation into practical guidance, lead cross‑department initiatives, and provide technical direction across the organization.
