Job description
Tides is seeking a Senior Counsel, Philanthropy, to lead legal risk and compliance across charitable exempt organizations. You will translate complex nonprofit law into practical guidance for Tides Foundation, DAFs, and related entities, advising executive leadership and cross‑functional partners.
With 8+ years in charitable sector law and California licensure, you will shape policy, review contracts, oversee investigations, and mentor the LRC team while advancing Tides' mission and governance
