Job description
Empire State Development seeks an experienced in-house counsel to provide legal guidance across real estate, financing, and corporate transactions for the corporation and its development projects.
The role requires a J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar with a minimum of eight years of general legal experience, strong negotiation skills, and excellent verbal and written communication. In-office presence is at least 50% with hybrid options based on duties.
