Job description
PacifiCorp seeks an experienced in-house General Counsel to represent the company in state regulatory matters across Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming. You will lead a legal segment covering diverse areas such as large customers, environmental matters, and contractual disputes.
The role requires a JD with bar admission, 5+ years of legal experience, and strong communication skills to advise management and interact with regulators, opposing counsel, and executives.
