Job description
Relativity seeks a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to support its SaaS, software licensing, and AI-enabled offerings. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex customer-facing agreements and master terms, partnering across Sales, Product, Security, Finance, and Procurement.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience, a JD, bar, and a proven track record in technology transactions, with strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate regulatory and data privacy
