Finalsite is seeking an Associate General Counsel to serve as a senior member of the Legal team and trusted advisor to leaders across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role provides practical, business-focused counsel on commercial transactions, SaaS and technology agreements, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate combines strong legal judgment with pragmatic problem-solving to enable growth in a fast-paced, remote-friendly tech environment.
