Job description
Prologis seeks a Director, Transactional Counsel (Energy Solutions) to serve as the legal partner to Solar origination and development teams. You will draft and negotiate PPAs, leases, and related agreements for utility-scale solar projects, while advising on structuring and risk allocation.
You will support site control, development and entitlement matters, coordinate with real estate, finance, tax and regulatory teams, and lead EPC contract reviews through construction to protect project
