Job description
Bank of America seeks an experienced attorney to provide legal counsel for GCIB Enterprise Credit and Corporate Banking on syndicated loan products. You will review and negotiate documents, supervise outside counsel, and deliver practical risk-based guidance to finance teams while supporting regulatory compliance and business growth.
